Bill Pasel is the President and Founder of WWP & Associates. Bill brings a wealth of emergency management experience from both the front line emergency responder role (Hamilton Fire Department) as well as from an overall municipal perspective. Bill has served as the Emergency Management Coordinator for the City of Hamilton, population 500,000 and has facilitated the growth of its emergency management program to a municipal award winning level. Bill is an accomplished instructor, facilitator and team builder. He is a graduate of the Ontario Fire College, Canadian Emergency Preparedness College and also is certified in Facilitation and Conflict Resolution. Bill has also provided instruction for Emergency Management Ontario and the Hamilton Emergency Services.
