Connie is currently working as the City Emergency Management Coordinator for the City of Hamilton. Her experience spans across 30 years of experience working with city departments to develop their emergency management program. Her work experience includes training, course development, plan writing, public education, exercise development and exercise conduct.
Connie also has several years of experience working with a Crisis Consulting’, a private crisis consulting firm developing emergency response plans and emergency exercises. Connie has acted as an exercise facilitator and coordinator. Her experience involves exercise design and facilitation within municipalities such as Cambridge, Niagara Falls, Sudbury and Oxford County. Connie also has several years of experience designing and coordinating several exercises for the following universities: McMaster University, Trent University, Sir Wilfrid Laurier University, Queens University, Ryerson University, Western University and Mohawk College.
