Tim is the Program Coordinator and Professor of the Public Relations Graduate Certificate Program at Mohawk College, in Hamilton, where he teaches media relations and crisis communications to post-graduate students. His 34-year career spans post-secondary education, marketing communications and public relations in municipal government, sports, entertainment, and conventions/meetings. He has also worked as a broadcast journalist, in both radio and television. His experience has included providing strategic communications support to senior level management at the City of Hamilton. Tim has been accredited by the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC). He served five years in leadership with the IABC Canada East Region Board of Directors, including one year as Chair (2017-18). Tim also served as President of the IABC Golden Horseshoe Chapter (2013-14).
